Over 15 years of experience in labor and employment law. This includes the negotiation and documentation of all forms of employment agreements as well as contracts for personal services. He is very experienced in drafting numerous codes, policies, manuals and procedures of different types for employers. He has assisted in the resolution of issues ranging from health and safety matters to sexual harassment. To achieve such solutions Michael has utilized conciliation, mediation, other alternative dispute resolution means, arbitration and the judicial processes. In doing so, Michael has appeared on numerous occasions in the Employment Court and the Court of Appeal.
