The team also has experience in all aspects of employment law, including drafting and/or advising on employment contracts, termination of employment issues, immigration and visa issues, negotiation and settlement of disputes, litigious and non-litigious disputes in UAE proper and DIFC and the ability to offer advocacy in DIFC court employment actions.
